Delivery & Returns

Delivery will be complete when we deliver to the address which you specify and you receive a photograph from our driver.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery dates given on our website are estimates only. We have no liability for any losses arising from delay in delivery.

If you receive notification that we have delayed delivery until someone is available, it is your responsibility to contact the delivery company to arrange re-delivery. If nobody is available to receive the goods, we will use reasonable efforts to follow any special delivery instructions you have provided.

We accept no liability for spoiled, damaged, lost, or otherwise affected goods as a result of your inability to receive the delivery on the nominated date of delivery.

Refund & cancellation

You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your order up to 48 hours before proposed delivery date. After that point, we cannot offer a refund, although we will make every reasonable effort to help our customers on a case-by-case basis.

Standard UK Mainland delivery is £5.95 on orders under £80. For all orders containing products worth over £80 (excluding packaging and gift vouchers), standard delivery is free. Our courier partner offers a premium delivery service for Saturday delivery which is £8.95

We deliver orders Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. There is a lead time on all orders of 7 days.

Our cut off day for orders is Friday for deliveries the following week.

Your order will be delivered between 8.00am and 8.00pm on the date you choose. Your courier will notify you on the day of your delivery with a 1 hour time slot.

We can deliver to most UK addresses (not P.O Boxes) except Northern Ireland and some parts of Scotland and some locations may have special delivery requirements including a two day service. For further information please call customer services on 01925 767 584

Orders are sent in a chilled box via a specialised food delivery courier. Each box is cooled with chilled gel packs and packed within an insulated box.

All of our meals our delivered by a specialist food delivery courier service with insulated packaging and chilled gel packs in order to keep your delivery fresh from our door to yours.

We do have options for delivery instruction on our online checkout and if you won’t be home on your chosen delivery date you can select instructions for our couriers to leave your parcel somewhere safe using the ‘NOTES’ section during checkout.

If you do not have a secure place for the parcel we can deliver to an alternative address.
