All dishes are prepared and cooked by our chefs, placed into individual packaging and then chilled, ready for oven re-heating at home.

Remove labels and plastic lids from all re-heatable dishes. Place the foil trays uncovered in a pre-heated oven at 160’C for 25 minutes.

We recommend reheating the dishes and consuming on the same day as they are delivered. All items have a maximum shelf-life of 2 days when kept in the fridge. Do not reheat after initial reheating. We don’t recommend freezing our tapas products.

Freezing is not recommended.

Standard UK Mainland delivery is £6.95 on orders under £80. For all orders containing products worth over £80 (excluding packaging and gift vouchers), standard delivery is free. Our courier partner offers a premium delivery service for a Saturday delivery which is £8.95

We deliver orders Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Our cut off day for orders is Friday for deliveries the following week.

Your order will be delivered between 8.00am and 8.00pm on the date you choose. The courier will send you a 1 hour time slot SMS message on the day of your delivery. If your delivery is for a special event we strongly recommend you have your order delivered the day before were possible.

We can deliver to most UK addresses (not P.O Boxes) except Northern Ireland and some parts of Scotland and some locations may have special delivery requirements. For further information please call customer services on 01925 767 584

Orders are sent in a chilled box via a specialised food delivery courier. Each box is cooled with chilled gel packs and packed within an insulated box.

All of our meals our delivered by refrigerated vehicles with insulated packaging and chilled gel packs in order to keep your delivery fresh from our door to yours.

We do have options for delivery instruction on our online checkout and if you won’t be home on your chosen delivery date you can select instructions for our couriers to leave your parcel somewhere safe.

If you do not have a secure place for the parcel we can deliver to an alternative address.


During checkout, you will see a Delivery Date field which will show a calendar view and the next available delivery date in green. You can also view the next available delivery date at the top of the website.

Although it’s currently not possible to adjust your order online once checked out. You may adjust your order up to one week before the due delivery date by calling customer services on 01925 767 584 between 8am – 3:45pm Mon – Fri and we’ll gladly assist were possible.

Tapas Fusion points (TFP) is a loyalty based rewards system. Each product has a set number of points that are given as a reward when making a purchase. These points can then be used at checkout to generate a discount coupon which you can use to reduce your order total.

You can earn TFP rewards with each purchase you make.

You can also earn points in the following ways:

• When you register as a customer.
• When you login as a customer to make a purchase.
• Referrals.
• Time-based milestones such as being a customer for a year.

At checkout there is an option to use some or all of your accrued points to generate a coupon. Once generated, a discount to the amount of the coupon is applied to your checkout total.
