Hocicón is a bleeding tempranillo grape from the Pago La Calera of Bodega 3 Ases located in Quintanilla de Arriba and harvested by hand. It has been in contact with the skins for 8 hours, in cold pre-fermentation maceration and has been fermented with native yeasts.
There is a work of batonnage of lees for 8 months, to achieve to contribute to the tones of red fruit, intimacy, roundness and memories of pastry.
