Ndjua & Sausage Pinwheels

Our epic pinwheels are back with a spicy little twist. This time around we have introduced Nduja sausage, very similar to Balearic Sobrasada, Nduja is made with hot sun-dried Calabrian chilli peppers, minced with various cuts of pork and then smoked. Our spiced Sausage Meat is rolled in butter puff pastry and baked. You love our take on the humble sausage roll.

Recommended accompaniment: Mustard Mayo (not included)
