The Damm Master Brewers and the Gluten Department of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) were pioneers in developing a full-flavoured gluten-free beer suitable for coeliacs. Daura tastes like everyday beer, because it is made with the same main ingredient: malt.
Launched in 2006, Daura Damm has won many prestigious international awards as the best gluten-free beer.
