Chateau Pouilly Fuisse 2021

This full bodied, gold coloured Burgundy has a fine crisp freshness and well integrated oak character. A rich and complete wine, it has a nice mineral roundness and rich notes of honeysuckle and honey. The finish is long, with a good intensity.

Château Pouilly has been producing wine since 1551, and the Cuvée 1551 is the traditional style of the Château where the barrels come from a number of regions and the degree to which they are toasted is carefully chosen by the head cellarman according to the particular style of wine they are to hold.
