Jaume Serra Cava Rosada Brut (750cl)

This Cava Rosado Brut is raspberry pink in colour, bright and clean with fine, abundant and persistent bubbles.

It presents itself on the nose with good aromatic intensity, very fresh and fruity. In the mouth, the red fruits stand out, giving freshness, breadth, liveliness and good acidity.

Pinot Noir and Trepat two very delicate grape varieties but with great expression.

Ageing Time: The bottles have remained in our cellars in strict darkness and silence for a minimum of 12 months.
