Crispy vegetable and King Prawn fritters enhanced with Asian spices, Chillies and Coriander. Full of curiosities and textures, with a warming silky smooth Sriracha Aioli.

Chicken Ballotine with Wild Mushrooms, Truffles and Saffron and a Garlic Cream sauce
Rolled Chicken supreme filled with a endulgent Wild Mushroom and Black Truffle mousse enhanced with Tarragon, coated in a Panko and Parmesan crust, served with a delicate Garlic and Saffron Cream sauce.

Pressed Potato and Sweet Potato Mille-feuille
Wafer thin slices of Potato and Sweet potato, layered and pressed to create the ultimate potato terrine. Enhanced with delicate winter Sage and baked for 3 hours.
