CHICKEN ANTICHUCHOS
Peruvian Style Chicken Thigh Skewers, Chargrilled and Glazed with a warming Chilli and Spring Onion glacé

Classic rice balls packed with foraged Wild Mushrooms, Fresh Tarragon bound with aged Parmesan and Buffalo Mozzarella, encased in a Panko and Nigella Seed Crumb.
