Indulgent melting Camembert in a Garlic Brushed Artisan Sourdough Loaf, topped with a Rosemary and Garlic Crumb enhanced with Aged Chorizo and Onion Flakes

KING PRAWNS
Large Peeled King Prawn tails in a Rich Aromatic Coriander, Chilli, and Garlic Butter

CHICKEN ANTICHUCHOS
Peruvian Style Chicken Thigh Skewers, Chargrilled and Glazed with a warming Chilli and Spring Onion glacé

MUSHROOM ARANCINI
Classic rice balls packed with foraged Wild Mushrooms, Fresh Tarragon bound with aged Parmesan and Buffalo Mozzarella, encased in a Panko and Nigella Seed Crumb.

TRUFFLE MAYONNAISE
Silky Smooth Mayonnaise infussed with Truffle Oil.

BRAISED SHORT RIB
Succulent fall off the bone Short Rib,Slow Braised in Rioja with button Mushrooms, Cipollini Onions, and finished with scorched Cherry Tomatoes and a hint of Wholegrain Mustard.

POTATO MILLE-FEUILLE
Delicious layered Potato terrine enhanced with layers of aged Serrano and Chorizo, dressed with White Truffle Oil and a pinch of Smoked Maldonado Salt.

RED COLESLAW
A Crunchy combination of Red Cabbage, Beetroot, Red Onion, Pointed Sweet Peppers, and Coriander bound with a Spicy Harissa Allioli topped with Radish and Spring Onions.

RHUBARB CHEESECAKE
A Mouthwatering combination of new season Yorkshire Rhubarb, Pomegranate, and Crystallised Ginger set as a Cheesecake with a Rose Petal Jam centre. Dessert heaven.
